Therapy sessions usually last for 50 minutes. Extended sessions are 75 minutes.

The initial call and matching process are provided at no cost. Individual therapy sessions are priced at $150 per 50-minute session, while family and couples counseling sessions are priced at $175 per 50-minute session. Group therapy rates may vary depending on the specific group.

Yes, we do direct billing to most insurance; if your company is not on the list, we will provide the receipt, and you can submit it to your provider. If you are planning to use health benefits, our therapists are either Registered Social Workers (RSW) or Registered Psychotherapists (RP). Our cancellation policy mandates a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will incur a full cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the session fee, representing the complete cost of the session.
